1. Arranging Pick Up
Booking a pick-up is simple and fast.
- You choose the day and 1-hour time slot that works best for you, and our courier collects your items directly from your home — no packing instructions, no drop-off, no hassle.
- Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation message via Whatsapp with all the details.
We will also send you a reminder on the day of the pickup, just before the courier is dispatched. Please make sure your items are in a bag or box that would fit in 40x40x30cm and weighs 9Kgs at most. Thats around 3-4 shopping bags. - Once your items are picked up, they make their way to our processing hub where the real work begins.
2. Item Processing
Once your items arrive, we carefully inspect everything and separate accepted items from rejected ones. For a full list of what we accept and don’t, You will receive an item-by-item confirmation via Whatsapp of what was accepted and what was rejected. Please see our item guidelines.
Every accepted item is then:
Catalogued and entered into our system
Listed on the second hand market at its resale value
3. Item Sale
When an Item Sells
When a buyer purchases one of your items, we take care of the entire post-sale process:
Safely packaging the item
Preparing the label generated by the platform
Dropping it off at the designated courier point
You don’t need to do anything — we handle everything from start to finish.
45-day Selling Window
- Each item is listed for a maximum of 45 days.
- If an item hasn’t sold within that period, it is donated to a local charity so it can continue to be useful within the community.
- Items that reach the donation stage do not generate compensation.
4. Payment
Once your item is sold, we are required by Spanish and EU regulations to hold the proceeds from each sale for 14 days, in case the buyer wants to return the item.
When You Receive Payment
- Once the mandatory holding period has passed, we send your earnings directly to you via Bizum, minus our 45% commission of the sale of the item.
- You’ll receive a breakdown of each item sold and the corresponding amount earned.
